1. Who we are

2. Information on this site is general
Everything on this website is provided for general information about our services. It is not advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship between us. A client relationship begins only when we have both signed a written agreement or you have accepted a written proposal from us.
3. We are not lawyers, immigration consultants, accountants or financial advisers
NexGen Pathways builds software and provides marketing, technical and administrative services. We are not a law firm, we are not licensed immigration consultants, and nothing on this website is legal, immigration, tax, accounting or financial advice. Our immigration-sector work consists of building and supporting software and providing administrative and technical assistance to organisations and licensed professionals; every decision about an application or a case remains with your organisation's authorised representatives. Please take advice from an appropriately licensed professional before making decisions about an immigration matter.
4. Results and examples
Where we describe past work, it reflects what happened for that client in their market at that time. Advertising and search results depend on your budget, industry, competition, offer and many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular result.
5. Downloads and software
Software offered on our Downloads page — including NexGen Notes — is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranty of any kind. You may install and use it for personal or business purposes. You may not resell it, redistribute it as your own, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows. Keep your own backups of anything important; we are not responsible for data loss. We may change, update or withdraw any download at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, to introduce malicious code, to scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or to submit false, abusive or misleading information through our forms.
7. Intellectual property
The NexGen Pathways name, logo, site design, text, graphics and code are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may view, print and share pages for your own non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish or adapt substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and marks referred to on this site (including platform names such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, Microsoft, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and Shopify) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the services we provide on those platforms. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with or acting as an agent of those companies unless a specific partner status is stated in writing.

This site links to other websites, including our sister company at nexgenpathways.com. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any site we do not operate.
9. Availability
We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexGen Pathways is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or anything downloaded from it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Alberta, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
