NexGen Pathways Canada (“NexGen Pathways”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, what we do with it and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to meet our obligations under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
1. Who is responsible
NexGen Pathways Canada, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, is the organisation responsible for the personal information collected through nexgenpathways.ca. You can reach our privacy contact at info@nexgenpathways.ca or +1 780 394 0391.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us in the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you provide one, company name if you provide one, the area of interest you select, your consultation preference, and anything you type into the free-text message box.
- Information you send us directly: anything contained in an email, phone call, WhatsApp message or meeting with us.
- Basic technical information: when the enquiry form is submitted, our server records the submission time, the page you submitted from and the originating IP address. This is used only to prevent spam and abuse.
- Website analytics: where analytics are enabled, aggregated and de-identified information about pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring source.
We do not ask for, and you should not send through this website, government identification numbers, immigration file numbers, financial account details, payment card numbers or health information.
3. Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where you have asked for one, to arrange a consultation.
- To provide, support and improve the services you engage us for.
- To keep records of our business communications.
- To protect the website against spam, abuse and fraud.
We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
- We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you sent an enquiry. If we ever want to email you something that is not a reply, we will ask first.
- We do not use your enquiry content to train any artificial intelligence model.
5. Who else can see it
Your information is handled by the people at NexGen Pathways who need it to answer you. It is also processed by a small number of service providers who help us operate:

Because some providers operate outside Canada, your information may be stored or processed in another country and may be accessible to that country's courts and law-enforcement authorities under its laws. We use providers with recognised security practices and we limit what is shared to what is needed.
We will disclose personal information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or profiling cookies of its own. The enquiry form uses your browser's temporary session storage to remember which service you clicked from, so the form can be pre-filled; that value never leaves your browser and is cleared when the form loads. If web analytics are enabled on this site, the analytics provider may set its own cookies — you can block these in your browser settings without losing any functionality of this site.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to twenty-four months and then deleted. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards for the period required by Canadian tax and business-record rules — normally seven years. Spam and abuse logs are kept for ninety days.
8. How we protect it
This website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a mailbox protected by access controls. Access to enquiry information inside NexGen Pathways is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected individuals and the appropriate authorities promptly if a breach ever creates a real risk of significant harm.
9. Your rights
- Access: you can ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correction: you can ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
- Withdraw consent: you can withdraw consent for future use at any time.
Email info@nexgenpathways.ca and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
10. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, please tell us first — we would rather fix it. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
11. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
